How do I change my password?
To change your password, Click on the “My Account” tab, Click on “Edit”, enter your new password in the “Password” field, and click on “Save”.

How do I share my eResume™?
Once your eResume™ is complete, Click on the “My eResume™” Tab and click on Share.  Select “Create Share Link”.  You will be prompted to enter a name for this share link.  *TIP* - use something to uniquely identify it.  For example “Linked In” or “ABC Company – Customer Service” so you where you have posted it.  Click “Save”.  You will see the name of your link and a URL in the box.  Copy that link and paste it into any one of the following areas

  • cover letter
  • job application software
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Email to Employer

How do I track Views of my eResume™?
Click on the “My eResume™” Tab and click on Share.  You will see a list of your share links as well as a “view count” for each item.

How Do I upload my YouTube Video?
Once you log into YouTube and either upload or record your video, you will be given several publishing options.  Be sure to select the “Unlisted” option that says anyone with the link can view. 

Copy that link and paste it into the eResume™ Wizard.
